From the Promoter:
Redlands Strada Rossa started in 2013 as part of the Inland Empire Biking Alliance as a way to promote riding in the local open conservancy areas. The initial idea was to keep the route a secret until the day of the event with limited route marking. Today we offer 3 mixed surface routes: a 35-mile, 65-mile ride, and a longer 90-mile ride.
The entire route is marked and we do release the courses a week prior to the ride. We have a single low-cost entry fee, which includes a meal and a beer at the party at the finish. The ride is a fundraiser for the two main conservancies in the area as a way to promote cycling and keep these spaces safe. It’s a gravel ride, a party, an adventure, all wrapped together.
