All models in the J.Laverack range are available with AM64 which denotes both ‘Additive Manufacturing’ and the grade of titanium alloy used; Ti-6Al-4V. This exceptionally special material features a high strength to weight ratio that makes it one of the world’s super metals.”

“When we created the J.Laverack Aston Martin .1R we pushed bicycle design and technology to the limit of what is possible. Over the four years it took us to develop the .1R we learned a great deal, and this is our first opportunity to apply some of that technology to our-award winning range of J.Laverack frames,” says Oliver Laverack, Co-founder.

Curvaceous dropouts intersect smoothly with the chainstays which feature engraved details including the model name on the drive side dropout and a hidden detail on the inside of the rear brake mount.”

J.Laverack’s elegant Streamline BSA threaded bottom bracket design has evolved to take advantage of additive manufacturing. This allows for the chainstay bridge to become part of the bottom bracket. Every AM64 frame includes the UK made ÆRA No.1 bottom bracket, which was designed specifically to complement the Streamline BSA design.”
