This bicycle is living proof you don’t need to spend a bunch of money, to have a fun and reliable machine to crush dirt, limerock and gravel.
Frame: Mongoose Pro Titanium circa early – mid 1990’s.
Fork: Rockshox Sid XC – Jimbo is looking for a rigid 26″ fork if anybody has one…?
Headset: Cane Creek?
Seatpost: Thomson.
Saddle: Droopy wang model.
Wheelset: Sun Rims?, American Classic circa mid 1990’s MTB front hub, Shimano XT rear hub.
Tyres: Ask Jimbo.
Handlebars: Profile Design Lava Bars, 40cm, 26.0mm clamp.
Stem: 90mm Brand X?
Shifters: Shimano Dura-Ace 9 Speed, spray painted red. Don’t ask me why.
Derailleurs: Shimano Altus 9 Speed Rear, Front, Shimano MTB of some kind.
Crankset: Shimano XT.
Bottom Bracket: No Clue.
Pedals: Shimano of some kind.
Cassette: Shimano 12-27?
Brakes: Shimano V-Brakes, travel agent installed front and rear.
Bottle Cages: Plastic and aluminium.
