Who are No. 6 Composites?
“No. 6 composites is a sister brand of No. 22 Bicycle Company, the NAHBS Best-in-Show winning titanium framebuilder. No. 6 was launched in 2017 in response to a need for aftermarket forks with geometries and specifications aimed at quality framebuilders. In addition to being standard equipment on every No. 22 frame, No. 6 forks have become a staple offering in the lineups of many bespoke builders around the world.”
The Latest No. 6 Forks
“No. 6 has been hard at work revamping its most popular two models, the simply named Road Disc and Gravel forks. Available in both painted versions for customers, and ready-to-paint versions for builders, the forks boast key features including competitive weights, outstanding strength and impact resistance, and excellent tire clearance for their category.”
“Both forks are available with either partially hidden cable routing with the brake hose entering the left fork leg just below the crown, or with fully integrated cable routing with the brake hose entering an integrated port in the steerer tube. On the Gravel fork particularly, this is currently one of the only aftermarket gravel forks supporting fully internal cable routing.”
“Each fork also features a small area on the right fork leg that captures a small 3D printed plate available in either composite or printed Titanium to allow builders the ability to more tightly integrate the finishing and branding of the fork to the frame.”
Road Disc Fork
“The redesigned Road Disc fork is one of the strongest and most versatile road disc brake forks currently available. Featuring generous tire clearance of up to 38mm, our Road Disc fork helps redefine what is possible on a road bike, with overall fork length and rake options tailored to bikes intending to deliver crisp on-road handling.”

Gravel Fork
“Our gravel fork is all about versatility. Excellent tire clearance for up to 47mm x 700 or 52mm x 650 tires, together with standard fender mounts make this the perfect fork for adventure. The surprisingly low axle-to-crown measurement of 382mm keeps handling crisp and quick, without the overly tall front end that troubles many gravel bikes. Our hallmark smooth ride quality and over-engineered strength make this fork the perfect match for gravel race and fast adventure-oriented gravel builds.”
