“Gravel or road?”, ROSE answers this question with “YES”, and a new hybrid platform. With the BLEND, the bike brand gives its customers the freedom of not having to commit to cycling on just one surface. Because they know that getting into cycling today is often characterised by this decision. The BLEND can do both and thus provides easy access to sporty cycling. The new bike also marks the future price entry into the ROSE Dropbar portfolio, without being anything but simple. – Rose Bikes

The BLEND is made of aluminium. However, its simple frame design comes very close to a carbon frame thanks to the ground weld seams. The integrated cables disappear almost invisibly through ROSE’s own ALR stem in the frame and ensure a very clean look. Thanks to its balanced geometry, the BLEND puts its cyclists in a balanced riding position – sporty, but not too stretched out.”

“The smooth-running frame always gives you a secure feeling on the road and off-road. From full throttle to fully relaxed, everything is possible! With a tyre clearance of up to 40 mm, the BLEND is suitable for both gravel and road tyres and can therefore cover both disciplines. Two different models – a more road-orientated model with Shimano Tiagra or a gravel-orientated option with Shimano GRX 400 – give customers the choice of where to start the fun.”

Integrated Front End

No compromises were made in terms of reliability and quality when developing this beginner-friendly bike. Unusual in this price category: modern hydraulic disc brakes bring the rider safely to a halt at all times. They are reliable, easy to dose and snappy in all weathers. Even a carbon fork, which absorbs shocks and vibrations on bumpy roads or longer tours, has not been omitted. In addition, there are thru axles at the front and rear and the UDH standard on the derailleur hanger – anything but usual in the entry-level segment.”

If you also want to use the BLEND in everyday life, you can equip the bike for everyday use with the appropriate accessories. Mounts for fitting mudguards and a kickstand turn the BLEND into an everyday bike, if desired.”

That geometry chart has serious problems – wrong units, unbelievable values, etc. It needs to be either fixed or deleted…
