In-House Carbon Manufacturing
“We are carbon experts and only use the best materials to make each frame to our exacting specifications… Our carbon HR fibers are specially selected by our team from a German factory and braided in house with a precise weaving angle: we use 70% unidirectional fibers and 30% bi-axle (+/- 45 degrees max) for our frames. Carbon fibre is layered and oriented to achieve the zone-specific requirements as needed, such as impact strength, stiffness and compliance. Our resin compound is also made in house so we control each and every aspect of the build.”

No Limits: 40mm of Freedom
