All-Road Geometry and Ride Performance Meets Internal Cable Routing and 40mm Tire Clearance
“Mosaic expands upon its award-winning and race-proven GT-1 AR (All-Road) platform, modernizing it for internal cable routing and high-volume tire clearance. The new Mosaic GT-1 iAR utilizes an ENVE In-Route cockpit, which boosts tire clearance to a generous 40mm while retaining the legendary handling characteristics Mosaic bikes are known for.” – Mosaic Cycles
“As an All-Road bike, the GT-1 iAR features geometry that is closer to a road bike, using a relatively short 425mm chainstay and steeper head tube angle than your typical gravel bike design. This delivers an exceptionally fast, stable, and responsive ride but with the versatility of big tire clearance to keep thing spicy and stable whether you’re on the road or dirt.”
“The GT-1 iAR’s features a Mosaic double-butted titanium tube set that is specifically selected for each rider and is offered with Mosaic Made-To-Order geometry. This enables Mosaic to create a GT-1 iAR to fit each rider’s specific fit requirements, handling preferences, and riding aspirations perfectly, the way only a Made-To-Order Mosaic can.”
“Above Category’s founder Chad Nordwall has been putting the new GT-1 iAR to the test and finding new reasons to get out and log some big winter miles. “When I started this project, what I wanted was a purpose-built winter rain bike to put big road tires and fenders on for riding in inclement weather,” Nordwall says. “However, after building up my GT-1 iAR and taking it for a short shakeout ride I can already tell that this bike is going to be right at the front of the garage to be taken out on all my biggest rides. That being said, I’m still going to beat on it all winter.”
