Extraordinary scenery and a challenge for all who start and finish, regardless of distance: 300km – 150km – 80km – 40km!
The 2020 Epic Desert Gravel Race is unlike most others with breathtaking scenery, and is open to professionals and amateurs.
Discovery and adventure in the heart of the Agafay desert and the wonders of the Atlas Mountains (the highest range in Northern Africa, rising up to over 4,000 metres), passing by the famous Plateau du Kik at the gates of Marrakesh!
Participants will face the desert, heat, the mountain, the distance (if you choose the 300km option) and live for three days in a bivouac in the middle of the desert.
In addition to the sporting program, the Epic Desert Rate will host the largest free mountain bike and gravel bike expo.
A Race to Suit All Riders
Professionals, amateurs, beginners… no matter your level of experience or fitness, the Epic Desert Race welcomes all. Whether you’re there to ride hard or a little slower and enjoy the scenery, the choice of four courses will make everyone happy. Each race is timed and the allocation of starting waves will be based on the sporting criteria provided during your registration.
Bring a Friend or Family Member
The Epic Desert Race is inclusive to families of riders and their friends; at the end of the day, recover and share your stories in front of a bonfire in the camp, we promise you these will be days you’ll never forget.
