JOM of Gravel Cyclist took it to the streets of Emporia, Kansas, and interviewed Corey Hilliard, 2015 Fixed Gear Cyclocross World Champion on the day before the 2017 Dirty Kanza 200. Single speed is tough enough, but F-I-X-E-D Gear at DK?!

Great interview – I don’t know Corey but he’s definitely a bad a$$ riding DK200 fixed not to mention skipping the bus!
After watching the interview, I’m curious – how did Corey do in the race? Did he even finish? Something very refreshing about the guy.
Fantastic stuff – thanks for sharing!
I can’t find find his results. His bib number is 416, according to his instagram. But Nothing shows up.
Paul, I believe he was a DNF 🙁 Check the timing tab…
JOM, Do you know what gearing these fixed/ss guys are running.
Sorry, didn’t ask that question.
