A couple of days ago, Gravel Cyclist documented the happenings of last weekend’s 5th Annual Doc Hollywood Invitational. Since then, the dust has settled, allowing time for JOM to produce the ride video for everyone’s perusal.
Thank you to Rusty Dosh and Dr. Pain for their contributions to this video. Thanks to Tim Hayes of Swift Cycle for organizing the event. Don’t forget, NEXT weekend (March 1, 2015) is the 4th running of the Heartbreaker Cycling Invitational in Gainesville, Florida. This is a charity ride, starting and ending at the First Magnitude Brewery. Check it out and Register!
Please enjoy the 5th running of the Doc Hollywood Invitational in the beauty of High Definition!
Thanks for watching!
Nice coverage JOM. Sad your mechanical kept you from the final drama in the chase group where the fraulein won the field sprint and all of us slid around on those last two off camber corners.
What a flat fest among the titans and lesser beings.
K-Dogg
Hey K-Dogg & JOM,
What were your tyre choices? Tubeless? 25 or 28 in width? Enjoyed the show. Thank you.
Hey there Limerocker… I used Hutchinson Secteur 28mm’s, tubeless, 75psi front, 80psi rear. Pretty certain K-Dogg used Continental Gatorskins, 25mm. Knowing K-Dogg well, I’m assuming ran the wire bead version, because he’s a little thrifty 🙂
Yes, 25c Gatorskin wirebeads.
When you are strong weight doesn’t matter.
I’m just sayin…..
