Into the Gravel returns for its fourth year, starting in the beautiful Italian city of Parma. Located in Northern Italy, the area is renown for its prosciutto (ham), cheese, architecture, music and surrounding countryside.

Maybe the best bike and food pairing in the world. IMHO
I would love to ride this event in the future. I rode L’Eroica and that was my best experience on a bicycle, ever, including the food!
